"Photo take on 19-Aug-2002 in Dieppe, when Mr. Richard presented a copy of their book to the dear 90 year old lady who had been presented with the Insignia of the 'Order of the legion d' Honour', by the Honourable Sous-Prefet of Dieppe, and to recognize her work and duties which she had shown and carried out, in helping to save so many lives of the Canadians and Commandos who were wounded during the Dieppe Raid. This ceremony occurred on 19 August 1996 in the City of Dieppe." - PTM
